Shongweni Gumboot

Is almost a sacrilege to be wearing them in this winters muddy paddocks, however fab that I’m doing it in style!

I am normally a 37 but went up 2 sizes so I could wear thick socks - perfect fit. Wore them in the stream for over 4 hours, kept my feet warm and dry. Liked the height too.

I purchased the boots for dog walking, horse riding and to wear in the long wet grass/ mud on my lifestyle block.

I like the suppleness and weight of the boot. However the brown contrast detail rubbed off on the first horse ride.

When I first put the boots on they felt too small, but they stretched alot. If I was to buy them again I would get a smaller size.

We live in a rural area outside central Auckland and so I wear gumboots most days at some point. These boots are a great height, they are comfortable and the look great. I was so impressed with the speed they were delivered too. Highly recommend. I also love that they are made partly with recycled materials.
